Math--Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) :  a state-aligned, computerized, adaptive assessment with 42-64 questions.  It is used to measure a student's growth in mathematics.  As the student is taking the assessment, the difficulty of each questions is adapted based on how well a student answers all the previous questions.  The final score is an estimate of the student's achievement level, as measured by a Rasch Unit Score (RIT) which is norm-based.  The test provides an overall score as well as scores in individual goal areas.
